No complaints, thoughtful cooking and customer service. I think it's wonderful. The reason why I gave it a minus 1 star was because I sat in the seat at the far end near the kitchen the other day, but that seat might be a bit useless.
I wrote this because I revisited it.
The store has become difficult to visit due to the long lines day after day due to the coronavirus pandemic. I visited because the line was a little short. Last time I was a yokozuna, but this time I was a sekiwake. The noodles are chewy and really delicious.
I went after 1pm and waited in line for about an hour. I think maybe the timing was bad. Buy in advance at the ticket machine and then line up. The taste was delicious.
Located in Tsurumi, this tsukemen restaurant always has a long line of people.
Small knot? Even though it was a small portion, the portion was quite large compared to other restaurants, and I was full by the time I finished eating.
The rich seafood dipping sauce was very delicious, but it's a pity that I can't visit it often considering the time it takes to line up.
The tsukemen here is so delicious that it's addicting, so I hope a lot of people try it.
I always buy char siu to take home, but it's even better when you roast it a little and eat it! 😊
Beautifully arranged chewy noodles and rich soup. I was shocked that the spinach with sesame sauce went so well together. The soup was delicious and it was a complete meal. The interior design clearly shows that the food is where the cost is spent, but the staff's customer service and the atmosphere in the kitchen were good, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.
I've eaten here about 10 times so far, and this is my favorite ramen restaurant in Japan. It's over an hour one way to get there, so it's hard to come here, but even if I go far, It makes me want to eat it! The ramen soup is so delicious …
Since it was a weekday, I was fourth in line just before they opened, so I was able to get a seat easily.
The store only has 8 seats at the counter. There are no hangers or luggage …
This place serves delicious unique tsukemen. It is run by an ex sumo hence the addition of delicious chanko meatball in the dipping sauce.
It is wonderfully rich and has great umami from blended sardines. It is slightly …
